Plot/Summary/Overview[]
Ms. Sunshine is back but with an evil plot against Timmy. Ms. Sunshine forces herself into a dictatorship position at the United States and forces all nations to put neck braces on children to protect them from invisible flying terrorists. In reality these "terrorists" are fairies. And due to some horrible Childhood experiences, she wants to "dissect" (kill) all the fairies she catches. Soon Timmy's fairies are captured and Timmy has to go back into Ms. Sunshine's deeply disturbing early life before its too late for the world and his Fairies.
