Anti Wanda Anti-Fairywinkle is a recurring character in Fairly Odd Parents. She is the opposite of Wanda. She is Anti Timmy's anti fairy godmother.

Anti Wanda is incredibly ditzy and naive, but is always of use for any anti fairies plans. She can cook very well, and always loves to eat. She eats with her feet, which she considers is a special talent she inherited, suggesting her mom or dad was good at eating with their feet. She is pretty bright and capable, as she knows how to cook and win the Anti Fairy bake-off against the fairies. She isn't really a super genius like Anti Cosmo and Foop, but she makes up for it in looks and talents.
